I was referred to Ideal Feet Group by a friend. I was experiencing lower back pain and pain in the heel of my feet to where it became bothersome. I expressed my pain to a friend and he asked me do I wear shoe insoles. I replied no, I don’t think I need them. He insisted I try this foot company that he faithfully uses for his insoles and let me tell u OMG!!! As hesitant as I was i met with a rep for a consultation and actually got to try on the insoles and when I tell u it feels like you are walking on air it is the truth! I would have never imagined an insole making such an impact in my pain and overall posture!! I wear them daily and I do not experience the lower back or heel pain anymore! I call them miracle walkers lol, I am still in disbelief because I normally would not have tried them. I am a big reviewer and huge on customer service and this company is 10 stars if I could give it to them. You have to try them for yourself then make your own review. Not to mention the extraordinary customer service experience that was provided. The couple people I spoke to made me feel as if they truly cared about my pain and wanted to assist and relieve. Thank you Ideal Feet for being so professional and actually having a product that is dependable and does exactly what you say it will! Without a doubt one of the best customer service experiences I’ve encountered in quite some time. The owner was very flexible and agreed to meet with me around my schedule. Once arrived, he was extremely knowledgeable and accurately fitted me for my insoles. Surprisingly, Ideal Feet provides a generous warranty program and they stand behind both their products and their high degree of customer satisfaction. It’s been a few weeks since my purchase and the benefits have certainly outweighed the cost of the insoles. Having a sturdy foundation planted on the ground has begun to relieve my chronic lower back pain and even my acute knee pain - these insoles work!

Those inserts changed my life. 10 years later, after moving away from the Tulsa Oklahoma area, I returned to the Houston area and made an appointment. Ernest went out of his way to make an appointment for me last minute while I was in town. He honored the warranty provided under the old owner of ideal feet. I would highly recommend this product for anyone who has ankle, knee, hip, back, and/or neck pain.
